30 days.30 builds.
One real AI build a day, done alongside me. By day 30 you've got a working AI setup for your job or business, not a folder of saved tips.

- Week 1
Set up properly
Claude configured around you: instructions, projects, connectors and your first skills.
- Week 2
Make it work for you
Skills and prompts for the jobs you repeat every week, in your own voice.
- Week 3
Let it run
Agents, loops and scheduled tasks that keep working while you are off doing something else.
- Week 4
Build your thing
Put it together into one system for your work or business, and keep it.
Stop collecting. Start building.
Tips are not a system
Saved reels and bookmarked prompts feel like progress. Thirty days later you still do the same work the same way.
One build a day
Each day is one thing you set up and keep. Small enough to finish, real enough to use the next morning.
Built, not watched
You leave with a working setup for your job or business, not a folder of notes about one.
Simple by design
- 01
One build a day
A short lesson, then you build it. Done the same day.
- 02
Everything in one place
Every lesson, prompt and skill file sits in one hub, in order.
- 03
Done with me
I build alongside you, the same way I set things up for my own work.
- 04
Yours to keep
Every build stays yours. The system keeps working after day 30.

- You've saved a hundred AI reels and set up none of them
- You want to understand agents without becoming an engineer
- You want a get-rich-quick AI side hustle
- You won't open a laptop for 30 days
- You are already building agents professionally every day

Hey, I'm Jack.
I spent about four years as an insurance broker before going all in on AI. Now I run an AI agency in Sydney, building this stuff into real businesses every day. The challenge is everything I wish someone had walked me through at the start.
Read my storyFair questions
When does it start?
The first round is planned for early 2027. The waitlist hears first, with the dates and any early price.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Every guide on this site is written for people who've never opened a terminal, and the challenge will be the same.
What will it cost?
Not decided yet. Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't commit you to anything.
Which AI tools?
Mostly Claude, because that is what I build with every day. Where another tool does a job better, we will use it.
I'm brand new to AI. Is this for me?
Yes. Day one assumes nothing. If you can write an email, you can do this.
I already use AI a lot. Will I get anything out of it?
The second half is where it gets real: agents, loops and a full system for your own work. Most people who use AI daily have never built that part.
Do I need a computer?
Yes. The builds are hands-on, so you will want a laptop or desktop. You can watch on your phone, but you build on a computer.
What if I miss a day?
Catch up when you can. The builds stack, so doing them in order matters more than doing them on the exact day.
Is it live or recorded?
Still being finalised. The waitlist gets the full format before anyone else.
Is this about making money with AI?
No. It is about getting real work off your plate and building a setup you actually use. What you do with the time is up to you.
